The shopping mall was planned to be the centre of the western part of the Metropolitan Area. Wonder Wheel, Category Killer and Power Centre concepts are examples of active attempts to use architectural elements to attract customers. Various outdoor spaces were made for the shopping mall to work as an entertainment centre as welll.
