The project includes a plan for public plaza and underground facilities in the New Development District of the Southern Tienjin. While attempting to find an organic integration of the public space and commercial facilities, active arrangements of the sunken plaza and facilities increase the efficiency of the underground facilities. A symbolic tower, which is a bungee jump facility, raised the public awareness and this received impressive comments. The main concept is the movement of a dragon that vitalises the site.
