Hang Zhou, a historic city, now requires new urban development and a new sub-centre of city has been designated in southern part of the city. .The building has a mixed use of residence and commerce, and will become a landmark of the region. In drawing the plane plan, the view and lighting were two important factors. Underground 1st floor will be connected directly to the subway, while landscape architecture attracts the flow of movement from the frontal road.
