The project’s aims was to build an athletic facility where worldwide community through sports and operation of safe, efficient, and pleasant events can be achieved. In order to interest and educate the local people about the issue of environment, an ecological part was designed on the site;. Also, highly efficient facilities were adopted to minimise the amount of energy used for maintenance of the building. The building’s purposes range from sporting events to various cultural activities, and practicality of the design was maxmised by enabling all-year-round use to meet such need.
